Terms of Service — Kids Kreations Sitters

By using Kids Kreations Sitters ("the service"), you agree to these terms. The service is run by Piper; our family has been in childcare since 1993.

The service

• Kids Kreations Sitters connects families with babysitters reviewed and approved by Piper. We serve only the ZIP codes listed in the app; requests outside them are waitlisted, not booked.
• Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking until Piper or the assigned sitter confirms it with you.
• Sitter profiles (photos, bios, certifications shown as badges) are provided by the sitters and reviewed by Piper. Badges reflect what a sitter has attested and Piper has reviewed.

Communications

• All calls and texts between families and sitters go through the Kids Kreations Sitters number. Don't exchange personal phone numbers or move conversations off the app number — this protects everyone's privacy, including yours.
• Piper/admins can view all conversations in the service for safety and quality.
• Keep messages respectful and about the sit. Photos/videos you send may be stored with the conversation.
• Zero tolerance for objectionable content. Abusive, harassing, threatening, sexual, or otherwise objectionable messages — or using the service to move a conversation off the app to dodge these rules — are not allowed. Anyone who sends objectionable content may have their messages blocked and be removed from the service.
• Report and block: sitters can report any conversation to Piper and block a family's messages inside that conversation, right from the conversation screen; families can report by calling or texting (817) 985-4469. Piper reviews reports, can block either side's messages in a conversation, and acts on reports promptly — including removing the person reported.

SMS text messaging terms

• Program: Kids Kreations Sitters sends texts about babysitting requests, scheduling, assignments, and application status to families and sitters who opt in.
• Opt-in: checking the consent box on a request or sitter application, or texting our number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Customer care: for help with the Kids Kreations Sitters texting program, contact Piper through kidskreations.com or call/text our number, (817) 985-4469.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS opt-in data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

For sitters

• Information you provide (including license and insurance) must be accurate and current. Tell Piper promptly if your license, insurance, or certifications lapse.
• Piper approves, edits, or declines sitter profiles at her discretion. Your sign-in code and extension: the code is a credential — keep it private; the extension is only for call routing.
• Only drive children if your profile says you're approved to drive and your insurance on file is active.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile area (confirming with your sign-in code). Deletion erases your profile and document file; payout history and past conversation threads are kept with your name removed, as described in the Privacy Policy.

For families

• Provide accurate information about your children (ages, allergies, needs) so sitters can care for them safely.
• Payment arrangements (rate shown on a sitter's profile) are between you and the sitter/Piper as confirmed at booking.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Kids Kreations Sitters is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page, and continued use means you accept the update.
