Request a Sitter

You're requesting Apple R. — great choice!

We book in the ZIP codes Piper lists and anywhere one of our sitters personally covers — their own ZIPs, or their city. If you're not covered yet, we'll offer to put you on the waitlist instead.

Which sitter? Anything we should know?

🪪 Verify it's you (keeps our sitters safe)

So a sitter walking into a stranger's home knows the request is real, we verify every family: your name must match your photo ID, and Piper checks the photo against it. Only Piper sees your ID photo — it's stored privately, never shown to sitters or anyone else.

Your full name, exactly as it appears on your photo ID* Photo of your ID (driver's license or other photo ID)*

And a quick live photo of yourself, right now — Piper matches your face to your ID photo. This proves the ID is really yours. Use the camera here; an uploaded or saved selfie won't be accepted.

💳 Card on file

We're connecting our secure card system (Square) right now. For this request, Piper will confirm payment details with you directly. When the card system is live, your card will be stored by Square — never on this website — and Apple Pay will work too.
